As a baptized believer in Jesus Christ...

1. I commit to regularly gather for worship with LifeSpring Church doing my best to be present at corporate worship services.

2. I commit to regularly participate in a small group gathering.

3. I commit to pursue my relationship with God through regular times of Bible reading and prayer.

4. I commit to steward the resources God has given me, which includes my time, talents, spiritual gifts, finances, and by serving on a LifeSpring Church Team.
